  • Analyse results and make recommendations on optimization
  • Summarize and update status reports and campaigns in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate on a professional level – internally and externally
  • Arabic translation and localization of content

  • Must be fluent English and Arabic (spoken and written)

2. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (SAUDIS PREFERRED)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day to-today management and operation of assigned accounts and clients 
  • Responsibility to supervise, advise, and counsel the group in all daily account activities
  • Is at all times alert to digital media, new methods of using existing media and new developments, and shares with the planning group of such developments 
  • Stays abreast of planning tools and research studies
  • Development and augmentation of procedures that establish quality control and consistency of all materials provided to the client
  • Co-ordinate inter-office requirements
  • Participation in conversations that surround our content and brand, answer comments, is a mediator.
  • Curious by nature with high energy, proactive and self-motivated, strong client service orientation
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding our brand, report to appropriate parties
  • Interact with search, client and cross corporate agencies
  • Create content for feeds and snippets in various social media sites
  • Manage and track link building campaigns, coordinated with all facets of our business
  • Create and update daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.
  • Interact with our customers to align their needs, with our corporate objectives
  • Manage vibrant online communities using Blogs, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, YouTube, email, newsletters etc

Skills 

  • Passionate about social media and extremely active online on a personal level 
  • Excellent understanding of various social media channels and how they work 
  • Articulate and persuasive; can communicate difficult and complex matters in a straightforward, transparent manner
  • Posses 3-5 years work experience in media, journalism, advertising, pr (job title will depend on experience) 
  • Proven ability in problem solving and obtaining favourable outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven abilities to communicate effectively and concisely in writing with clear expression, grammar and syntax.
  • Knowledge of computer software packages, such as Outlook, Microsoft Word,  PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • A flexible approach to the requirements of working outside of business working hours
  • Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why ideas are analytically sound
  • Demonstrated ability to map out a marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics
  • Discretion to identify threats and opportunities in user generated content
