  • Miss USA ® beauty contest has been held annually since 1952 to select the United States entrant in the Miss Universe pageant.

  • Every year, each state holds a preliminary competition to choose their delegate for the Miss USA ® pageant. The finalists from each state compete against each other and a Miss USA ® is selected by the judges.
  • Miss USA ® 2011 will be held on the 19th of Jun’11 at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas at the Theater for Performing Arts.
  • The 2011 MISS USA ® pageant will feature contestants from all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Contestants will be judged in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interviews.
  • The show will conclude with one contestant ultimately being crowned as Miss USA ® 2011.
